Connecticut Conference of Municipalities (CCM)

ECG is proud to announce that our firm has been selected through a competitive process by the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities (CCM) to provide an exciting new service to its membership: “Owner’s Representation Services in support of Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC).

The State of Connecticut is actively encouraging municipalities to consider the concept of ESPC as a means to receive comprehensive energy saving facility improvements with no out-of-pocket cost. All costs associated with the project are paid for out of the guaranteed energy savings that the upgrades will yield each year.

ECG is a firm with specific expertise in the successful initiation and management of ESPC projects. ECG can, at no additional cost to the project, guide you and your administration through the entire process so that your municipality receives the most beneficial scope and greatest value for your energy savings. Our service will greatly reduce the amount of time and effort your administration will need to invest to receive the guaranteed benefits of an ESPC project.

ECG has successfully managed over 100 ESPC Projects throughout the Northeast. All projects paid for themselves and produced a positive cash flow. Our local clients include the City of Waterbury, and the Towns/School Districts of Southington, Thomaston, Cheshire, Guilford, and others.
